so expect Hicks to be fined
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; If Brooks would have went as low as Hicks, it probably would not have been a flag unless, like Hicks (which escaped the refs), he made contact with the facemask/helmet ... but in Goodell's litigious NFL, they're both fines, ....
