The 2nd to last final Falcon offensive series of the first half is when he tweaked the knee...

Re: How do you feel about Corey White Performance last night?
Hey. I think he did okay. I haven't looked at individual stats, but I think once all things are considered we'd have to say he was okay.
Collectively we held them to 1 TD and couple field goals. I'm not willing to single him out before he's had a fair shot starting a few games. In other words I think he did okay and I think it's too early to pass any meaningful judgement on the guy. |
Re: How do you feel about Corey White Performance last night?
look on page 18-19 of game day thread that's when they took him off the field
he tweaked his knee on page 25 |

Who cares if they took him off the field for a couple of plays. He was in there when the game was on the line.

I'm willing to give him time but he definitely has work to do.I get it was a short week and he needs time to adjust. I like the kid but he has me alittle concerned at the moment
I watched the game mitch. I know what I saw. you even made comments |

Re: How do you feel about Corey White Performance last night?
This thread is about White's performance while on the field, so can you guys please try to stay on track with that?
Weather he was pulled for a few snaps, or he was down with a tweaked knee doesn't matter. The fact of the matter is that he needed to make a few adjustments considering how they were attacking the left side of the field with slants and inside crossing routes repeatedly. Last week we saw Corey white zoom in and pick off a slant route which could/should have resulted in a pick six. he learned a great lesson there. Yes, he made a huge mistake, but he certainly learned from it. Remember folks, we learn from failure- not success. Without Julio jones, the falcons still have a great core of receivers, not to mention Gonzalez. I think Corey white did a fantastic job taking in the adjustments and playing hard nosed afterwards. He laid a great hit on Steven Jackson, along with Harper. So with that said, I strongly agree that Corey white is more of a physical corner and he thrives in physically demanding situations. He's put out a lot of big hits this season in his limited role- the first thing that caught by eye about White was his ability to hit like a linebacker on-the-go. |
