True. I'm sure they use it as a motivational tool as well. Corey White got one and even though he had a great 2nd half, his 1st half was not so good.

But I'm sure they wanted to boost his confidence and looking at his his 2nd half performance he certainly deserved some recognition.

Yep. I hated playing off the receiver too. Sometimes you have to let a person do what they're most comfortable at doing.

Seattle is simply a better team than we are right now. Their house is as hard to win in as ours and their D is every bit as good as SF and they have a more than competent QB and run game. Do we have a chance? Yes, even a 2-8 Atlanta team had a chance against us, but I just don't see it happening realistically. Like I said I'll be happy with no injuries. I'll be thrilled if we win but just because I don't see it happening, doesn't mean I'm not a fan.

The game ball Corey kept wasnt a team game ball. It's the ball he recovered via fumble in the red zone.
