Fwiw, Hochuli's crew tends to call more "roughhouse"-type calls than other crews.
From espn.com article... Inside Slant: Referee trends emerging - NFL Nation Blog - ESPN "Want to roughhouse? You might want to avoid Jeff Triplette and Ed Hochuli. Their crews have called the most combined penalties for roughing the passer, unnecessary roughness and unsportsmanlike conduct. Triplette's has 28 and Hochuli has 23." |
