Fahkir Brown.... I was watching the can sunday and Espn's color analyst were going on and on about Randy Moss and how fast he was. And then on like the next play there he goes down the side line with Brown running step for step with him. The kid is younger, faster, and hits harder than any DB on the team. Its not like he is gonna mess up any worse than Thomas or Ambrose, so why not put him in there and let him play....

I agree with that. I thought he did well late last year and has been better than expected this year as well. He may never be a solid #1 corner but he competes with the reciever and plays the ball well.

I also agree with that, he might be a little rough but he does try and he needs this job. I believe he will always give his best no matter what.

Yeah I agree Joe he always tries to make a play either he goes for the ball or he lays the wood after the catch. And he could be real effective against the run too.

Word! I said earlier in the offseason that I thought this kid would eventually be a starter for us. I sure hope that happens. He plays his heart out - not bad for a nobdoy from Grambling... or Southern... or wherevet he\'s from.

Grambling Whodat... come on man you a moderator around here do better than where ever he is from... Its not that hard to look up... lol
Anyways... He has played well... The only problem is we need a playmaker on D. As horrible as Ambrose is in coverage. I cant say he hasnt done anything for the team this year... 3 INTs and 8 Pass defenses leads the team... Fakhir does have the other 1 INT in limited action also 5 pass defenses! So he has played just as good in limited action... Why not give him a shot... Him and McKenzie could be a decent tandom. We need to serioulsy look at getting some bigger more physical corners. Did anyone notice how late in the game the Vikes just threw the ball high to whoever was guarded by 5\'9\" Fred Thomas? Works well when the starting wideouts for the Vikes are Moss 6\'4 and Robinson 6\'3... |

Remember Aeneas Williams came from the swac. I mention this before, he should start. He is the best corner on the team. Now i believe he will start since, Ashley might be out & Thomas is suffering from injuries.
