I think it says a lot about power rankings in general, when a team that didn't even play, moves up.

Cowherd's ranking has the Saints at #3 and the Niners at #2. Cooky. Their QB has been sub par, below average receivers and, oh yeah, the Saints beat the Niners two weeks ago.

That's plain fruity.
