I have to admit I wasn't particularly excited about the Saints picking him where they did, because I thought there were some players on the board at the time that were higher in talent and playing a position that was a bigger need than safety...
But, he has played really well, and with all the injuries to the DBs, he has more than earned his place on this roster. I just hope he doesn't get more concussions as he seems pleasantly reckless most of the time on the field - I'd hate for the Saints to lose a talented young player like Vaccaro. White played a really good game as well, so the young DBs are looking rather strong. |
