Saints secondary say they are now gaining a 'swagger about us'

The thing I loved is that we were able to shut down Steve Smith and Ginn. Those are the kind of receivers that give us trouble especially without Greer's agility. I like White more and more as a guy who can cover the big #2 wideouts on the outside.

I may be in the minority here, but I think White covers better than Greer has this year...

A lot more physical as well

I want to see White, Vaccaro, and Hawthorn crush someone's receiver. All three of them thump. Best part about it is when I was browsing google looking for pics of him playing, all his thumps are form tackles.

I like him on the outside guy playing bump and run, jamming at the line and otherwise being physical against the big outside receivers. He definitely does that better than Greer. I think Greer would be the inside/slot CB at this point matching up against the small/quick guys which it feels like we are maybe a little vulnerable to. It will be interesting to see who they try to match up on Tavon Austin.

White is playing good ball, I think he stays the starter for years.Very deceptive and physical, just how it should be. I think he has the potental to be a shut down corner. I like him.

No, you're not in the minority White does cover better. Where we miss Jabari is the ability to move him into the slot to cover the slot receivers. As good as M.Jenkins and K. Vaccarro are, they aren't used to doing such on a consistent basis.

I agree. Greer gets exploited due to his size and diminishing speed. I can't wait to see us when we get P.Rob back. 3 big corners with speed. Vacarro, Jenkins, Harper/Bush on the back end.
