Another record may fall this weekend: Something to digest
"Most yards allowed through 13 games - NFL History
2012 Saints 5,680 2013 Cowboys 5,549 1981 Colts 5,493" Just saw this on Triplett's twitter account...think the Cowgirls miss Robby Ryan yet? |

Re: Another record may fall this weekend: Something to digest
Haven't they played 13 games already? So you must mean 14 games for this weekend?

No way is our record for 14 games broken.. After our 13th game we had allowed 5,680 On our 14th game against the Giants we had allowed 394 yards. The 13 game delta between the Cowboys and the Saints is 131 yards In order for Dallas to take the 14 game record their defense would have to allow the Packers to put up 525 yards on defense. Rivers, Manning, Brees and Stafford could do it and have done it this season... but Matt Flynn? Anyone see Matt Flynn putting up 350 yards and Eddie Lacey rushing for 175 yards? I can slide the scale the other way if you like, Matt Flynn 300 and Eddie Lacey 225 yards? |

Oak is probably on target but it's still fun to dream...
