What is most satisfying?
I would be more thrilled if we ended up as the 5th or 6th seed and had to travel every week in the playoffs only to end up winning the Superbowl. Winning 3 road games in the playoffs would be more satisfying than getting the #2 seed.
Sometimes overcoming the most challenging odds and obtaining your goal is more rewarding then accomplishing the same task using the 'easier method'. So here is to us going on the road for the playoffs and winning it all! Anything is possible. |

Re: What is most satisfying?
If we do end up not winning the division we need the 6th seed so we don't have to play against Seattle unless it's the championship game.

Re: What is most satisfying?
Wouldn't the 6th seed, upon winning the wild card round, be the lowest seed, and therefore would compete against the highest seed in the divisional round, which would be the Seahawks? The winner of the #5 seed vs. #4 would play against the #2. Because the highest seed plays against lowest seed. Correct?
Unless you are saying that the Saints at #6 could never even survive to play against Seattle, which is also possible. |

Re: What is most satisfying?
The Saints are completely unstoppable in the Dome, I am not sure why anybody would wish for anything any different than that. Packers fans, I could actually see the logic of wanting to watch it at home on the TV instead of sitting there in -13 degree wind chill for four hours getting frostbite.

Re: What is most satisfying?
At home of course, in front of our own fans.
Having the 2 seed means there's a slight chance Seattle gets knocked out in the divisional round by San Francisco. Then San Fran comes to the dome for big bowl of STFU gumbo. |
