Two things usually translate into road victories...defence and a good rushing game...we get that going and then we shy away from it...As far as I'm concerned, it's a tie game, 1 pt means dick all in football.
Get back to the run and control the ball, that INT was a pretty nuts play, but we got this. Just get out there and punch someone in the mouth!

If we can get some better protection for Brees, he can pick apart these DB blitzes, or if we run the ball like we had been we can control the tempo and open up the game. Really, Carolina is the benefit of a crazy int-rushing td swing, there offence hasn't done sh*t otherwise.

Yeah yeah, never said cut him. But that was then and this is 2013. He needs to get his head in the game. He is not getting it done under the pump. That's his job, not just to ride the wave when the swell is hot. Blowing out his numbers with short screens doesnt translate. He had Stills and missed. He is sitting in the pocket and getting thumped and he is holding the ball for a long time.

I like the beaten like a drum smile, mind you.
