If Seattle is blowing out the rams or even up by 10 points with a qtr to go(which is enough for Seattle), then I could see SF laying low all of the sudden.

Well, it's a thought but I don't think it's in Harbough's DNA to lay low. Everytime you see him he looks like he's about to bust a vein or something...And that's before kickoff.
