I said this once before and got alot of hate...
Drew Brees is a a GREAT quarterback. However at times he can be a gun slinger like Brett Favre and throw some INT's. It's just his style lol.
I can live with most... It's just who he is.

Anyone who says that game was on the defense is delusional. Our offense turned over the ball twice and our defense got 4 sacks and a turnover against Cam. The defense did their job. Our offense, however.....

Offense lost this game plain and simple

Our D held the panthers to 1 of 10 3rd down conversions, if our O cant score more than 13 points and expect to win then thats embarrassing

What was upsetting to me was that we had the momentum the entire first half and then he threw that interception and the whole game changed. I would have been happy going into the half up 6-0.

One could say that to expect any offense to be able to burn clock easily against the #2 rushing Defense in the league is just a little over zealous.

Yep,

Panthers are averaging 30 points per game at home. We held them to 17.

Our defense played their asses off.

No doubt about it. They did. Still, at the end of the game, one defense rose to the occasion and one did not.

I'm certainly not pinning the loss on the defense. There's enough blame to go 'round.

I am of a different opinion but at the same time of the same opinion.

Our Defense did play their butts off and they did do what they were asked to do. The problem is that they are consistently asked to play prevent near the end of a game when we know that is not a strength. I fully believe if they were asked/told to do what they did for 58 minutes of the game, the last 2 minutes would have been different.
