How far will the Saints go in the playoffs?
 

The Saints are the 6th seed. That means all away games. However, I don't buy into the "Brees can't play on the road mumbo jumbo." The regular season has been great :bng: and I look forward to seeing new players who will be joining the Saints next year. But before we get ahead of ourselves, how far will the Saints in the playoffs?

Well according to Brian Baldinger of the NFL a short time ago (paraphrasing of course) we have no shot playing outside in the elements, we won't be able to cover their speed guys and shouldn't even bother making the trip up to Philly. Wow what a homer.

But to answer your question ... we get to the NFC championship game.

Brian Baldinger is an idiot, I used to watch NFC Playbook then he made it unwatchable. He would always vote against the Saints but he would be wrong. He wouldn't even have evidence to support his reasoning.

Well we have kind of earned our reputation. However, I really hope we stomp the daylights out of the lucky Eagles and shut up the idiots like Baldinger. Brian Baldinger is a horrible analyst and a mindless moron from hell. I like Jamie Dukes, but whatever.

Well if we beat the Eagles then we go play the Seahawks... We know what will happen there so I'd say that's about our ceiling this postseason.

We got a 1 in 6 chance to be the NFC champions and if we make it there we have a 50-50 chance at winning the Superbowl. To be honest our chances are as good as the rest of them. I like our chances!!

And, of course we win the Super Bowl -- what did you think I was going to say? Seriously, who knows how deep we go? We are in -- and things are different in POs. I say we win this Saturday.

I love this team, however there is no running game what so ever. Brees is getting killed. So the D steps up and scores the winning TD for us this week. After that not so sure

Did you not watch the panthers game? Ingram was getting nice chunks and the Dallas game is enough to show we have a running game but will Sean let it loose is another story + our oline may or may not show up. I'm happy with screens if we can't run I just want the W.

Just like in 09 when no one had ever lost their last 3 games to go on and win the SuperBowl, well we all know how that turned out.

I think we get our Sh!t together and win it all as the 6th seed. Hopefully we will get comfortable leads so no matter how hard the ref's try to screw us over, we will still win. :bng:

This team can't run the ball because they shoot themselves in the damn foot! Our O-line can't open holes for the RB and they sure as Hell can't protect Drew Brees.
I expected things to slowly gel when the season started and we looked good for a while. Instead we have been slowly falling apart the last few games
We can do it. I know we can. We need a great defensive stand on Saturday.....we have to set the tone. We may get to see more from Khiry Robinson to help with the run game now that PT is out.

I would HATE to be a fan that can't wait for each and every game. A fan that is anxious before every Saints game must be absolutely miserable.

The Saints are a great team with a great coach and QB. Two of the most important positions on a team. Both have won a Superbowl. Why wouldn't I believe that this team is going to win a Superbowl.

Look...If you want to gloat and showboat against a fellow Who Dat, then go ahead and gloat. That's your right. But this was definitely an upset, a last second decision, and frankly it was one of the greatest coaching hat tricks that Payton has ever pulled off.

What I'm trying to say is....People had good reason to have doubts. There is a lot about this team still yet to prove. There is a looooong road ahead. I don't think you would like it very much, if other Saints fans got all up in your grill and threw your posts in your face, if the Saints suddenly lose next week, now would you?
