You're only considered a playoff team if you make the playoffs, and only 12 teams can do that. They are all out to eliminate one another. So to try to validate a teams existence in the playoffs solely on who they beat and didn't is too subjective. It's not like 20 teams make the playoffs and the other 12 are out. |
