Actually had decent things to say about the Saints! I was listening to espn tonight and he was a guest on someones show and was asked why the Saints have been so horrible on the road. He said that it was just happenstance and that the vibe and energy of new orleans and the party atmosphere and the passion of the crowd makes it almost not fair for teams that come in to play. He said of all the teams in the playoffs that New Orleans is the one that nobody wants to play because its a matter of time before the Saints can just break loose and start piling on the points. He said that this talk of us not being able to win on the road has gotten under the teams skin and he looks for them to break the trend.

You know, we disagreed about this a few weeks ago, and I still can't stand him, but I really paid attention because we disagreed, so I listened during the Dallas game.

He had a good game, and you're right, he "sometimes" offers good insight, but I swear man, he's so cliche' sometimes, and I don't care for his delivery, and I don't like the way he looks either.

Yeah he's nasaly (let's pretend it's a word) he usually sounds like he's whining. I don't like listening to him.

He does know his stuff though which puts him ahead of most of his peers.

One must admit he is better than most, even if his bias shines through here and there. It's amazing just how many clowns the networks employ as color commentators.

I've started to come around as well. Maybe I'm missing something but he always seems to give the Saints their due.

I don't get it either Pinch. He compliments both teams all throughout his broadcasts and gives interesting insight to a lot of topics.

I know his marlboro mouth delivery is annoying, but I'd say he's probably one of the top 3 analysts out there.

Maybe its the praise for our opponent that irritates people? I wonder if they know he's not a Saint's broadcaster?
