We'll if anything, everyone who wanted Ingram to have more carries to prove that rhythm was the issue will have their day. PT is by far the best back after contact and a frequent target for Brees so he is a huge production loss in this cold weather game.

I'm an Ingram fan and he's not nearly as bad as some claim, but he's no Pierre Thomas (when healthy). Philly hasn't beaten a single team that can pass like the Saints can. Detroit was in a blizzard so you can throw that one out, and beat Green Bay with Tolzien as QB. Wind, rain, or snow was their only chance to stop Drew. |

Well, maybe this will force Payton's hand to geaux back to the craftsman shop to use his ingenuity to put Ingram in better positions for success; but Ingram has GOT to get the timing down and find patience in the screen game - that is why he rides the pine in New Orleans...
