What if Lewis can't play?

White is actually a pretty good corner but he isn't ready to be our #1. Sweeting is a major liability. I'm sure RR will give him some help but means pulling some one off of regular duty. Do we have somebody waiting in the wings? |

Re: What if Lewis can't play?
Lewis already tweeted that he's playing next week... I'm not worried until I hear something different

No Way Goodell was going to let Lewis back into the game
(he doesn't wear a niners uniform) good shot he will get the nod to be back otherwise it's obvious not to just us but the whole country that was such a turnaround in our secondary with him out (credit Fowles) even Collingsworth caught it |

If he can't play we should just blitz 11 on every snap.

Re: What if Lewis can't play?
I know everyone here saw the play, to me it begs the question do the doctors have replays of the play that happened so they can determine concussion vs just getting the wind knocked out of you, which is what happened to Keenan...

Re: What if Lewis can't play?
If he can't play then we will need the offense to control the ball for about 42 minutes
Realistically, I think Jenkins or Carr are better options at corner than Sweeting. He is a good athlete with a solid future, but I don't feel too good about him as a starter this week. Against that team. In that stadium. PS- Sean will keep the 'questionable' tag on Keenan all week as part of the chess match with Carroll. |
