Re: Saints cut Isa Abdul-Quddus
Calling an active roster safety junk while we are still in playoffs? C'mon man.
Try not to let the door hit you on the way back to Atlanta. |

Re: Saints cut Isa Abdul-Quddus
Jenkins has above decent coverage skills. He's not the best tackler. I still see him more as cb than any safety position...

Re: Saints cut Isa Abdul-Quddus
With all the injuries we have in the defensive backfield, I thought we couldnt afford to cut anyone in those positions.

Re: Saints cut Isa Abdul-Quddus
If you are Pete Carroll, would you try and bring Isa Abdul-Quddus onto your roster now?
Knowing him, IMHO yes. Would ISA go? Maybe, a chance to get a ring, and a little pissed how things turned out with the Saints. |

Thought IAQ was going to be good. It takes more than talent though.

Re: Saints cut Isa Abdul-Quddus
It may be that IAQ just isn't a good fit for Ryans defense. We've seen the square per round hole effect on good players before.
He'll probably catch on somewhere and do well. |
