this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; ??? If so Rob Ryan should have it now and its not even close. It takes much more than luck to turn a defense around from being dead last and the worst defense in NFL history to a top 5 ...

The Dude 5000 POSTS! + Join Date: Jul 2011 Posts: 9,055	Do they have a defensive coach of the year award? ??? If so Rob Ryan should have it now and its not even close. It takes much more than luck to turn a defense around from being dead last and the worst defense in NFL history to a top 5 defense. And he has done it without totally cleaning house on defense using 90% of the same talent. I wonder how long it will be before one of these teams comes knocking on his door for a head coach position. Do you think he will stay? If we win the Super Bowl I think the chances of him leaving would be greater, but I hope he is here a while. dizzle88, Beastmode, WhoDat!656 and 1 others like this.
