this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I got mad at him constantly throughout the season because of his drops earlier in the season, but the whole reason we stayed competitive in that game is because of him and the momentum swing he created....

Re: Josh Hill
I'm sure he's a bargaining chip and an insurance policy if Graham signs somewhere else or holds out for god knows how long.

Re: Josh Hill

Re: Josh Hill
Josh Hill can block.......that is a good reason to keep him around.

Re: Josh Hill
I like this kid. I don't think he's much of a blocker though. More like a super-size wide reciever. In fact his size and 40-time puts him more in Marques Colston territory of a big wideout than an actual tight end.

Re: Josh Hill
He has dropped at least 3 passes during the year that I can remember but he is young and can replace Watson as the #2 TE. He does have potential and I believe every player Brees has thrown passes to have dropped some, his just stick out more because they are usually on 3rd down and everyone is saying who the flip are you throwing to on 3rd down.

Especially on defenders of Graham, Watson and Hill... It's the Shaq Syndrome with Refs - "He's a big guy, he can take it" attitude... Total BS; but Graham has to get healthy, step up and separate... |

With 4-5 receivers on the field there are not enough defenders to double team each one and put pressure on Drew. |

Re: Josh Hill
I like Josh Hill. Our running game was much better when he was in blocking. Even better still when him and Watson were in. I think hill and Collins are two of the most under rated players on the team.
