Pass on Oher, Hester, McCluster - on the latter, let's get younger with players who are versatile and not limited to a handful of plays per game...

The most glaring needs in the draft is WR, C, RT, and CB. Outside of those, its best to find the lesser pieces in FA. I wouldnt want to waste a draft pick on a kick returner over something more important. Kick returning shouldnt be that big of a need and its worth taking a chance on with someone that has a good history with it.
