So last week Keenan and The green bay OLmen with the hardest name ive ever spelled violated concussion protocol, but Percy Harvin gets a concussion.... they say he went and took the test... He's out for a series, if that.....and back in no problem.... Three plays later, whatya know he's out again... with another concussion.... because he shouldn't even be in the game... You hold some teams to a standard, that you don't hold everyone to.... WTF

I would guess its the specific doctor who is the problem, not the protocol itself.

This is what's incredibly obvious. Different teams have different doctors who quite obviously have different criteria for letting people back in the game.
