Strief is 30 and in his 8th season. Never played more than 2 games until 2011 when he moved from G to T. 24-26 would be about right.

Strief is a lot better pass blocker than a run blocker.

Different animals, different techniques and skill sets required, Brown is the opposite..... Better run blocker than pass blocker.

This. We need help now. Most of the time it takes a rookie a little time and I don't know how much of it we have.
