If Jim Calwell can get hired as a head coach after what he did in Baltimore, Rob Ryan could definitely get hired based on what he did in New Orleans.

If Ryan stays in New Orleans: Great fanbase, doesn't have to cut his hair, great city, successful team, good players, viewed as savior

If Ryan leaves: More money

I think RR knows whats best for him and is very competitive. You can't be competitive taking over a 4-12 team.

Has a contract. It's only been 1 year.

You can always get out of the contract as long as the position is for a promotion like to a HC.

I think NO is just the type of town Ryan likes... I don't see him going anywhere.
