I don't much care for him anyway. He doesn't play for us anymore, and his stint, though successful, was brief. This surprises me a little, but not much. He seems to think he's the coolest guy on earth, and those are the types of people who do stupid things thinking nothing is going to happen to them.

Of course, he could turn out to be innocent, but I doubt it.

Sharper was part of our Super-Bowl magic season and he appeared to be a class guy. However we don't really know him all we see is his personality through the TV. I remember the OJ Simpson allegations couldn't believe that he could have been a suspect in murder. Three allegations now usually means where there is smoke there is fire. I also know he was dating Gabrielle Union who is a very beautiful lady. So what one of the threads said earlier was right he had no problem with the caliber of women he was dating.

Sharper spent more time playing in Green Bay, WI. When will a report from Milwaukee or Green Bay surface.

Right now, it appears to be band wagon jumping.

I am not defending Sharper but geez, report the rape and have a rape kit completed. Get the help you need after this violent crime.

I'd have to agree with this. Of course that is if the women have no affiliation whatsoever and there is nothing found to point to the fact that they know each other or are in any way connected.

3 women who do not know each other making the same claim to me doesn't bode well for DS, but one thing I can't stand is piling on AFTER the first allegation.... it makes me wonder how money could be involved.

All that said, I am leaving my current employer because it is amazing how people will collude and the level to which they'll go (throughout an org) if you bring to light something going on that may be unethical so I'd like to see the evidence and how this plays out before I pass judgment.

I hope this is not true on all accounts. It's a real head scratcher if so, I mean Sharper doesn't look like guy who would have to resort to rape anyone. Rich, famous, and good looking and still resort to criminal rape, a real head case if so.

Was thinking the same thing jeanpierre wrote, dump all the negatives on the Saints it's amazing how corrupt the NFL is. There are a handful of teams the NFL loves Green Bay & Dallas are on the top of the list. The NFL will run damage control for these teams every time.

He's guilty in the court of public opinion. Media outlets are almost obligated to do so, because if they don't, then the drama becomes the story.

NFL Network seems to be consistent with this policy. They also suspended Warren Sapp before the Super Bowl in Miami for allegedly choking out his girlfriend.

The woman told police she went to a "couple" of bars, where she consumed a "large amount of alcohol" on Sunday, Sept. 23. She said she met Sharper at one of the bars and he took her back to his apartment at 701 Tchoupitoulas St around 10 a.m., according to the report.

Now that sheds some light. It's not necessarily that the woman being a gold digger that's the real issue. It's the fact that she was drunk. We can go round and round about responsibility, but at the end of the day if you meet a woman for the first time and she is drunk, the answer has to be NO! There's a fine distinction that cannot be discerned from the situation. It's the fact that a drunk woman is incapacitated and therefore has lost the ability to consent.

In short she probably said yes and then sobered up and started asking herself "what the heck happened?"

Sharper has gotten himself into a tough spot if this is how it went down.

Yes. But given the circumstances from the article, it can be easily established that the woman was in fact bar hopping and was stinking drunk. Sharper should have left her right there on the bar stool, because no matter what she said while she was drunk, she is off limits.

I'm not giving commentary to the woman's motives. All I'm saying is that Sharper should have known better than to be found anywhere with a drunk woman that he had never met before. That's the fast track to being broke and in prison.

4 women from multiple states? This is either a very elaborate, and I mean extremely elaborate gold digging scheme, or the man is guilty. If the women can provide any evidence of those narcotics in there system at the time of the incidents then this we'll be an open and shut case.
