Coaching Direction
We all know by now that there will be an overhaul of our coaching ranks. Here's my question:
What Direction do we go in? Do we hire a retread (wily vet who has been there, done that), go with a coordinator that is ready for his own team (freash blood -- new outlook) or try to coax someone from the ranks of college coaches (unproven, but eager to go)? |
