We all know by now that there will be an overhaul of our coaching ranks. Here's my question:

What Direction do we go in? Do we hire a retread (wily vet who has been there, done that), go with a coordinator that is ready for his own team (freash blood -- new outlook) or try to coax someone from the ranks of college coaches (unproven, but eager to go)?

We missed our chance at the coach we needed last year. Denny Green would have been excellent here. There is no one with those credentials available.

I dont\' want a college coach here. I\'d probably opt for one of the up and coming coordinators, one who studies under one of the solid coaches of today, like Billick or Belichick, Parcells even. Keep the Spurrier crapola far away.

Think we go with a proven assistant who wants a chance -- no retreads -- especially not Wannestadt, Johnson, Spurrier etc.

What about Ron Zook, I believe we had a pretty good defense while he was here.
