When Drew came into New Orleans he didnt just embrace being the QB of the Saints, he embraced the city of New Orleans and what being the QB of the Saints meant to its people. Archie Manning has been the sports icon of New Orleans for decades, he and his wife have put their heart and soul into that city and its only natural that Drew would turn to his wisdom on how to not only embrace the city of New Orleans but what it takes to have the city and its people embrace Drew.

Archie is a great guy, very genuine, and one of the nicest people you will ever meet if you ever get to meet him. I was lucky enough to meet him once while in Destin Florida on the beach when I recognized him walking down the beach having a discussion with the owner of Cash's bar if anyone is familiar with Cash's.

Any time Drew talks about New Orleans a city you can tell that without a doubt he is 100% genuine. He got choked up for a minute there when Letterman talked about what he meant to the city. Drew is something special, even more so as a person than a football player.
