HELLO from a Chiefs fan!
Hey everybody! Just a Chiefs fan visiting the competition's forum. Don't worry, I'm not a troll -- I don't smack talk and am just here for a week or so to enjoy good football talk with the enemy!
I think this will be a good game this weekend. Our defense has taken a step back (or a few, depending on who you ask), but our offense is still rolling. I know the Saints are dangerous... some bad luck, but still dangerous. I can't really offer up good luck (I don't want you guys to win, after all), but I can hope for an injury free game. We came out of TB a little dinged up. Priest Holmes most likely is out -- he has a sprained MCL, so that's not good. But Derrick Blaylock should be back and Larry Johnson I think is itching to show something. But OLB Shawn Barber is mostly likely gone for the season... that'll hurt an already struggling defense. What's up with the Saints? |

HELLO from a Chiefs fan!
Uumm hi. This seems awfully like deja vu to me of another visitor we had last week, but I won\'t get into it. Hope the Chiefs don\'t lay more than 50 on us and enjoy your day.

HELLO from a Chiefs fan!
Did you see what Brees and Gates did to us Sunday? I have two words for you my friend, Tony Gonzalez. I hope he\'s on your fantasy team.
Edit: You sure got a chiefs avatar pretty fast. [Edited on 9/11/2004 by turbo_dog] |

HELLO from a Chiefs fan!
Ive got it made. Im from LA and live in MO now. Either way i hope to get a win from someone this week unless they tie. Both teams need a Ricky Jackson type of MLB. Both teams at one time had bad ass Ds. Like I have been saying for years, JUST WAIT UNTIL NEXT YEAR!! ha ha

HELLO from a Chiefs fan!
nice to have friendly opponent fans.
I think we are going to win...it might be 52 to 51, but i just believe in my heart that our beloved Saints will win enough games this year to keep this INEPT COACHING STAFF ANOTHER YEAR! PS GEAUX SAINTS |

HELLO from a Chiefs fan!
KC - 77
NO - 13 Priest, even injured, rushes for 183 yards on 18 carries and has 4 TDs, 2 of more than 20. The team rushes for 297 yards on 32 carries. Larry Johnson has a 57 yard TD run. Tony Gonzo goes 8 for 164, 3 TDs. Dante Hall returns a punt for a TD. Green has a banner day throwing for 443 yards on 31 completions in 36 attempts and has 5 TDs and 1 Int (which is tipped). Kennison scores, and some other no name WR, TE, or FB we\'ve all never heard of scores. Wille Roaf stops Grant from getting anywhere near a sack and Jay Bellamy leads the team in tackles. On offense, Deuce carries only 13 times for 75 yards and has a 1 yard TD plunge. AB goes 17 of 42 for 201 yards, 0 TDs and 2 Ints. He also fumbles while trying to scramble, is sacked 7 times, and actually throws the ball straight up in the air in a two-handed underhand toss to avoid a hit at one point. Alas, two linemen bump in the air and the \"pass\" falls incomplete. Carney hits a 52 yarder and a 37 yarder, but has a 23 yard field goal blocked. Karney, in on special teams, picks it up, injures two KC players, but is ultimately brought down 1 yard shy of the first down marker by 4 KC defenders. |
