Former NFL safety Darren Sharper surrenders to police after New Orleans arrest warrant issued
 

Already facing charges of drugging and raping two women in Los Angeles, to which he has pleaded not guilty, former NFL safety Darren Sharper faces two counts of aggravated rape in New Orleans, according to a New Orleans Police press release issued Thursday.

The release states that investigators from both the New Orleans Sex Crimes unit and the Orleans Parish district attorney’s office obtained arrest warrants for Sharper, 38, and 26-year-old Erik Nunez, “for the alleged aggravated rapes of two women in New Orleans last September.” Nunez also faces two counts of aggravated rape.

“Last week, investigators learned that not one, but two women were allegedly sexually assaulted by Sharper in the same apartment the night of September 23rd (2013),” the NOPD press release reads. “New information uncovered also indicates that Nunez also allegedly raped both women that night at the same location.”

He hasn't been convicted.

I'll go out on a limb and say the evidence will find him guilty. And if so, I hope he rots in jail. Rapists are coward bullies at the lowest level.

The only thing he has going for him is no one died.
Ambien and booze is deadly.

Did someone hurt him as a child which precluded him from having relations with a conscious woman?

Sad.
He is an intelligent man, he should have sought help because this is not normal behavior.

The victims, I pray they receive justice and any help they need.
