The Biggest IF...
What I want to know is IF we win this week, which I think is very unlikely, but IF we win, will I have to hear about how maybe Haslett deserves a chance, and how if we can just beat the Broncos and Falcons we might have a chance at the division and playoffs?
Because if that happens I just might kill myself this time. Why do I get that sinking feeling like I did about this time of the season last year? B/c I realize that the Saints are looking at the possibility of two huge upset wins to get back to .500 and a show down with Atlanta - and IMO, nothing could be worse. That would be totally typical of this team though. Lead people to believe that there is hope, when really, there isn't any. |

WhoDat,
I have the same fear. Getting a couple of wins is the worst thing for this team because they will burn us against Carolina or Tampa again. The sad part is we all know it, and still get suckered in. I am not saying pack it in as a franchise, but this season is lost. Making the playoffs cause the NFC stinks this year is not the best option. Ensuring the removal of this staff and front office coupled with a high draft pick is the best way to right the ship. I hope the destructive scenario you mentioned above doesn\'t come to pass. |

Who,
No need to worry buddy. (1) We have no hope of winning both of those games. None. (2) I hate Haz. I don\'t think there is anyone here who doesn\'t now. Even if he won, do you think that anyone would say it was thanks to him at this point? I don\'t. I imagine, we\'d all get caught up in the hype, but I don\'t think anyone would suddenly start thinking that Haz was a coaching God. (3) Haz will be among the prominent reasons that we will not win both of the next two games. (4) KC is so hot right now, our defense has no hope. |

I can see where everyone is coming from. Without any doubt, the coaching personnel has to change. They have had enough time and EXPERIENCED the problems most clearly to have repaired the problems - yet they did not.
BUT I am so demoralized that I NEED A SAINTS WIN. I am so fed up on a Sunday evening through to about Wednesday (when my brain can take no more) that I might just be high if the Saints win - without need for any illegal stuff. So for goodness sakes; please win against KCC; and I always love a vistory against the Dirty Birds, BUT still change the coaching personnel based on their HORRIBLE efforts (?) the last x seasons. Problem is - who the hell can comes in and do a good job. The Saints never seem to get it together long enough for any GOOD records; only BAD stuff falls our way. :casstet: |

See, I knew if we gave it enough time you\'d all see Haslett as the problem and convert to Moonshiners. Moonshires - 1,000, Sunshiners... ??? |

Heya Who.
I\'m not converted just yet, but Haz is royaly tickin\' me off. I\'ve got to say that I was having a bad day yesterday... shortage of Granola probably... maybe it is because the trees aren\'t so cuddly without the leaves... There really isn\'t that much to be sunshiney about these days. I\'ll see if I can find something. |
