Here is what a lot of people are missing...

Some teams just don't know when its time to part with some players... At least we are moving on before they lose a step and we find out during a season.

Which can have a value unto its own.

Seattle rolls on a lot of youth and ignorance. Kapernick was in a Super Bowl before he realized he was in the NFL.

Think about that for a second:
Brees
Evans
Colston

We are rock solid on veterans on our side of the ball. I would say more so than those other teams.

not one of them is a RB. not one of these people pick up a blitz for drew. that is the point.

Your vesting way to heavily in veteran teaching. That's why there are RB coaches, something's are also instinct. PT has been with the Saints since 2007 and has always been our best RB at a few things, most notably blocking and screens. He has yet to pass that torch on.

Leadership is not as big of a deal or solution as it's portrayed. If it was Meachem and PT would have taught Jimmy Graham how to block by now don't ya think?
