With Byrd we also may not really need to draft a corner. Your base nickel could be a 3-safety look, with 2 starting corners and either Robinson or White in reserve.

Exactly. We HAVE to find a way to get Rafael Bush on the field as much as possible. I honestly think Bush might be just as good as Vaccaro.

I love the move. Now it's time to find out in the coming weeks what it really cost us to sign byrd. Graham still needs to be signed and we still have the draft and practice squad players.

This reminds of when I was back in college (aka my broke days). I would enjoy going out for a good meal but I would be anxious once the meal was over because I new the check was coming at that point.
