Charges dropped against Saints WR Joe Morgan
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Okay, what is a diversion program? And it said if he doesn't complete it he could face the charges again. Is this a case of, you got a DUI, you agree to counseling, and they reduce the charges? I've heard ...
