Parys Haralson

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I would like to see what he can do for use with a full season under Rob Ryan. I wonder if the Saints are evening talking with him. I think he's pretty good player we still don't have a pass ...

Re: Parys Haralson

Parys or Anthony Spencer to hold out the OLB position until we can find a replacement via draft sounds good.

Think when they resigned Dawson it was the end for Haralson... He did well but wasn't much of a pass rusher. Rufus will also fill his roll imo.

Is everyone forgetting about Victor Butler? He was slated to start before his torn ACL and looked very good in Dallas.

That's the only reason I can think of to explain why the Saints haven't been talking to Haralson.

With the commitment to Butler, if he's somehow not a geaux, Haralson's phone gets a ring until a draft pick is ready to take over...

Re: Parys Haralson

I thought Haralson played extremely well last season and would love to see him back. We are thin at those spots. Galette is a good pass rusher but inconsistent. We still don't know anything about Butler. Dawson is just a guy and Rufus Johnson may be great, or he may be a nobody.

If 12 sacks equates to inconsistency, he can be as inconsistent as he wants
