Prediction Time!

Broncos - 31
Saints - 20

Deuce carries 20 times for 118 yards, with 106 coming on his first 9 carries. The rest are predictable middle leads on first and10 or 3rd and short.

Brooks throws for 220, 1 TD, fumbles two center exchanges, and is sacked 4 times. Champ makes him pay dearly on a poorly thrown seem route intercepting it and going 47 yards down to the Saints 12 sometime mid third quarter.

Droughns rushes for 105 yards and a TD on 11 carries in the first half, and follows that up with another 83 in the second half, most of it coming on a 52 yard scamper from deep in his own territory late in the game when the Saints need a stop and have the Broncos pinned inside their own 10.

Plummer goes 23 of 31 for 287 and 3 TDs, shredding the Saints secondary. He also scrambles 3 times for 26 yards. Elam hits a 50+ yarder at the end of the first half to put the Broncos up 24-10. They add one more score in the second half, fumbling once in scoring position. Still, the Saints can make it only 31-20.

Mike Shanahan and crew had 2 weeks to prepare a gameplan to beat Haz/Venturi/McCarthy.

My money is on Broncos.

Deuce doesn\'t break 90 yards
Brooks doesn\'t break 250 yards
Saints have 4 turnovers

Droughens (or whoever they decide to play) has career day, over 200 yards.
Plummer-3TD\'s, 300 plus yards
Broncos aproach 600 yards total O

Broncos in a laffer!
Boo birds rule the 3rd quarter
WhoDat rejoices, but still praises Horn\'s effort.
The rest of the doom&gloom posters frolic joyfully in the ensuing misery orgy.

Broncos 51
Saints 23

I wasn\'t gonna bother since everything I predict is always wrong. Correction, everything I predict about this team is wrong. But here goes anyways. If the Saints mastermind 2 drives to open the game like last week, the prediction is pain, of the 42-10 variety. If they come out firing for the first time this year, then we could be in for an entertaining match of the 28-24 variety. Either way we lose, god that kills me to admit it. Danno, sometimes the good guys may win, but this weekend my money\'s with yours.

trouble looms -- Denver has a better coach == an extra week to prepare == more experience in winning. The Saints have a clueless coach -- a team that is used finding ways to lose -- a team that just had a monster lucky win (does lightning strike twice). As much as I love the Saints I really see no way we stay in the ball game. Denver has a much better defense than Kansas City -- and their offense isn\'t that inferior. All in all -- my prediction is Denver 37 Saints 21

Denver \"takes it easy\" on the Saints after pulling out to a big, early lead. Saints mount a comeback, but not good enough to pull off a win.

The only prediction I make: Saints sleepwalk through the 1st quarter.

I went www.orangemane.com to see what the Bronco fans were saying about the game this sunday. They are basically calling this game as we predict it will turn out. Their main concern is being \"over confident\" with a sure-win because they lost a sure-win to the Bengals earlier this season in Cincinnati 23-10. They also fear Deuce,Horn and Stallworth (not sure why Donte..). They also think Brooks is a \"mobil\" QB with a Vick-like run threat..... they must be watching 2001 Saints highlight film.

Broncos 31
Caints 17

eer: :givebeer: may the football gods prove me WRONG once again.
