Strange thread. Bring Greer and Meachem back. That's the end.

I would take Goodwin for a year until we figure out who the long term answer is at C. Maybe it's Lelito, but another option is needed (see C.Brown, 2013).

We could've gambled on Greer, chose Bailey instead.

Meachem? really, who cares?
5th or 6th WR has to be the most replaceable roster spot of the 53. If he wants the $855,000, then maybe if Morgan gets hurt again or we decide Toon is a bust

I didn't say bring him back, he's older than Brees. That boy can't play anymore. He couldn't play anymore when he was in Oakland.

Only thing that ticked me off about AB was when he would throw a INT and smile as he walked off the field.

Ever had to pay 2.7 mil to get out of a 6m deal? Do you think Benson sees it as Loomis saving him 3.3m or costing him 2.7m. Trust me, Loomis had to explain that 2.7m loss in cap space and he has no plans of explaining how he was wrong.

1m+2.7 = 3.7m for 32yo 10 season Greer coming off a torn ACL
Or
750k for a healthy rookie <---- I'm going rookie all day.

Again there was a reason Loomis ate 2.7m in cap space on Greer and no one has touched him as a FA.

It's time to move on.

He smiled after every pick. My dad used to get so mad.

Yeah, Greer's career is pretty much over.

but the $2.7 is gone, already spent

Now you are talking about spending $750K for a rookie or $1 mill for a vet.
If it's a rookie with potential, then sure, that's the way to go. However, we already have Wade, Sweeting, and Frederick? as projects. Bailey is a question mark and White is a work in progress.
If Greer is healthy, I'd rather him than another FA or UD rookie.

I feel like Greer is more of ? mark then Bailey. I keep telling y'all, watch out for Patrick Robinson, and Corey White looks much better at Nickel then as a 1 or a 2.

I hope you are right. If Robinson is ready, White could end as #4 on the depth chart
