I hope the Saints didn't make a mistake releasing Moore. It doesn't sound like it was a money issue; I wonder if the Saints asked him to re-structure?
“It’s very tough to leave New Orleans. The fan base is incredible and I have built many relationships in the last nine years. It will be hard to move past that, but I understand that the NFL is a business. The Saints brought me in, sat me down and told me they were ready to move on. I understood, but it doesn't make it easy. I have built a life here in the last nine years and it won’t be easy to move on.
