NS - Bradley Roby arrested
this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; To be fair Roby's side says that he wasn't operating the vehicle but sleeping in it in a parking lot. Okay, obviously he operated it but I'm hearing misdemeanor. Which is definitely not going to destroy his draft stock that ...

.008 is proof he wasn't even drinking. how in the he!! he passed a sobriety test? make me wonder why he was even approached in a parked car in the first place.

1) .000 could mean he refused to blow. 2) OVI is the same as a DUI which also covers drugs 3) Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) officers are trained to identify people whose driving is impaired by drugs. 4) If this is his first offense I imagine Ohio has something like Louisiana has. It is called a Article 894 which clears his record as long as he stays clean. |

How can you arrest somebody for being at 10 times under the legal limit? Something else going on here. Either the Columbus PD is sketchy or Roby did something to invite the trouble.
Either way he's still not a player I want on the Saints, for purely on-field reasons. Guy doesn't have an instinctive bone in his body. |
