.008 is proof he wasn't even drinking. how in the he!! he passed a sobriety test? make me wonder why he was even approached in a parked car in the first place.

Hey if he drop to the saints I'll welcome him.

Columbus police were dispatched to Vine Street on a report of a person passed out behind the wheel of a car.

Ok, couple things here:

1) .000 could mean he refused to blow.
2) OVI is the same as a DUI which also covers drugs
3) Drug Recognition Expert (DRE) officers are trained to identify people whose driving is impaired by drugs.
4) If this is his first offense I imagine Ohio has something like Louisiana has. It is called a Article 894 which clears his record as long as he stays clean.

He is now tweeting that he wasn't arrested for DUI at all
