The mock draft discussions are full of comparisons between NFL players and draft prospects... Why does everyone get their panties in a knot just because our QB becomes one of the comparisons?

You may have misunderstood me. I understand the comparisons, they allude to a players style not his capability in the NFL. Some fans get offended and are outraged that Manziel might share some style characteristics with Brees. Yet a walk through the Mock Drafts here shows those same people comparing play styles between NFL players and draft picks all day.

They both lit it up in college. John Fourcade was great on a broken play but u cant survive in the NFL that way. Drop back, deliver the football. A&M needed Johnny to score TDs on every possession and he often did. Is he Russel Wilson or Tim Tebow? We'll see.
