I'd bet the texans are going to trade for him ( next years 1st ) and draft manziel anyway ... He aside watt would be the most dominant front of all time , I care what nobody says about that

I'd love to have him but we couldn't afford him, Remember we will have to pay Jordan soon too.

The guy is a douchenozzle. I agree he's good, but I'd rather not sign players who routinely get fined for dick stomping people and being ignorant. No thanks. Too expensive and too much of a distraction.

And before everyone jumps my case...yes I agree he's damn good. But I don't have any respect for him.

It's just a smokescreen on the part of the Lions front office as they attempt to navigate their way through the lose-lose situation they've gotten themselves into with Suh's contract. They can't afford to franchise him & trading him will cost them $19mil vs the cap ... any team signing him has to set aside a minimum $12.7mil in cap space for him, there's only about 12-14 teams that can do that & he's also a free agent in 2015 ... it's just about ugly any way you look at for any team that wants him, including Detroit, ... not too mention he really doesn't perform up to his salary/reputation, seriously ... the Lions defense was on the field for an average of 60 plays-per-game in 2013 and N-drama-kong made or assisted in less than 4 plays per game ... that's basically 6% of plays ... not a whole heckuva' lot for a guy who's getting paid over $12mil-a-yr & supposed to be some kind of stud, ... and he only gets double-teamed 1-in-every-4 plays, or about 25% of the plays he's out there for, not the "every play" some would have you believe.

When they call him "overrated", they are 100% correct ... Suh is a myth, a brand, a "legend-in-his-own-mind" type of player. He's not happy in Detroit, never has been and will not play to his potential until he leaves the Lions. Until then, he's just marking time, playing the system & making as much money as he can ... bet. I called him out on this his 2nd year in the NFL and the Lion slappies 'bout had a fit, ... you should see 'em now all having to fall in line and begrudgingly agree with me, it's priceless,.

I'm sure he'll eventually move on & become the star people try to hype him up to be, but he's really just a high-maintenance, prima-donna biotch in the honolulu blue & silver that basically goes out there every Sunday and excels at little more than gap control, IMO, :D.

I'm honestly tired of the whole situation/drama with the guy,.

His only "problem" is he's overly physical. Some call him dirty. I call him productive. But yeah, too much money for the Saints. If he was making like $8 million though....

He hasn't gotten into the type of trouble a lot of other players have, but he does have a run-in with the law.

No off the field issues except driving recklessly and getting other people injured. LOL.

Yeah, ... he's a real "choirboy", ... that's the only one the national media reported ... he was also involved in a little incident on the Southfield Freeway on his way to work where he crossed multiple lanes to get to an exit, caused an accident and fled behind the gates of the Lions training facility to avoid responsibility ... oh, and then there's the lawsuit he just lost where he was withholding security deposits from tenants, not too mention the constant flow of stupid comments from his sister ... yeah, the guy's a real "saint" off the field, ... and let's just cherry pick stats from multiple seasons to support our case, ie 49 tackles, 5.5 sacks ... what season was that? For 2013 he had 36 tackles, 12 assists, 1 safety, 5.5 sacks (or less than 4 plays per game, and that was actually up from the two previous seasons) and none of them were important, game-changers, made a difference or came at crucial times during a game ... sorry fellas, but I just don't see the point in worshipping at the altar of Suh ... maybe I hold my heroes to a higher standard, IDK, but this guy has really only had two outstanding seasons, his senior year at Nebraska & his rookie season with the Lions ... pretty poor showing for all the hype, IMO.

I can understand why fans are infatuated with him, but upon further review, he's just an average defensive tackle with an extraordinary image/persona/contract, none of which he backs up with his play on the field, <shrug>. It is what it is ... the prosecution rests,.

Yea so there's this John Jenkins guy, that's a 350+ pound behemoth, that cost pennies on the dollar, and looks to be pretty damn good. We should go get him.

Oh wait...
