A Rickey Williams type trade is obviously foolish, but a 2 or 3 pick trade to grab a can't miss stud is fine with me. Hell we gave up two picks for a frigging punter (the least important position on any sports team in the history of sports on this planet) a few years back when we had numerous holes to fill. |
Re: Trading up?
Take away my fandom, is there such a play that would be worth a huge trade in the draft? I'm probably thinking way too much into this but a player with those abilities would definitely have a strong possibility on making our offense even more complete.
Maybe when I start farting rainbows and my sh*t turns purple this would happen. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
Re: Trading up?
The draft is real deep in WRs this year. Sean and Drew like to spread the ball around. A super stud would kind of be wasted money in our scheme.

Re: Trading up?
Agreed Seer1. Now defense on the other hand...
I could see us stay put at 27. Grab Anthony Barr and then grab a playmaker on offense at 58 or trade up higher in the second round. |
Re: Trading up?
Other than Mack or Matthews or Robinson, I wouldn't trade up as there is plenty of talent in this deep draft...

Re: Trading up?
I would like to get Sammy Watkins but that is to much to give up to get up high enough to draft him. I would rather trade up into the top 15 and get OBJ. But if not stay at 27 and pick up a CB or WR

Re: Trading up?
I wonder what it would take to trade up and get Watkins and Gilbert...
