Separate issues brother.

1. Trade for picks is over.

2. WR/TE is up in the air.

3. Rescinding the tag would be the only way he goes somewhere else this season. That would be a cut bait scenario.

#2 doesn't involve lawyers. The CBA has a defined dispute resolution system. The only reason a judge heard the bounty gate case is because Goodell was his own appellate which is bullsh1t.

You know.... I could be wrong and it could be the 15th of July but I find that unlikely from reading the CBA. I heard it again this morning, caveat being that every person that says it says they got it from Flourio.... I have accuracy and credibility issues with Flourio.. He is also the one giving Jimmy 3 years to appeal.
