How excited are you to see the Defense this year!!
 

Im just reflecting back to 2006 and how excited I was about the signing of Brees and Bush. The offense became a power house in the NFL and since then we have been putting up video game numbers.

Now here in 2014 I must say I cannot wait to see this defense that our program has assembled. Its truly going to be incredible. We all love offense, but I honestly want to defer the kick to the FailClowns in week 1 and absolutely destroy everyone on their squad. WHO DAT!!!! :bng:

I remember in 2009 was the first in a long time when I was actually excited to see our defense take the field because of the turnovers

now our D is just sheer dominance though, I'm massively excited to see what our D can do, I can't wait to see Jairus Byrd in black and gold

I like offense; but I absolutely love defense... Going to be interesting to see if Byrd is the player he was before or was he just looking for the big pay-day...

And I'm ready to see Butler on the field:bng:

We had 49 sacks last season. If Butler is as good as coaches think he can be, it's going to get ugly.

I love that kind of ugly.

I'm very excited. Going from worst EVER to top 5 is just unheard of. Last years D may have overachieved last year. I won't be too surprised if we remain the same or even take a step back in overall defense even with all the upgrades. I do however think we will have many more interceptions and turnovers and that is really the only stat I care about.

Even from hearing more noise from players like, Glenn Foster, Rufus Johnson. I'm almost about to pee myself. Ha Ha
