If Williams comes back he will be the property of the Miami Dolphins.

Associated Press reports Miami Dolphins RB Ricky Williams will serve a four-game suspension beginning with Week 13 of the 2004 NFL season, which would carry him through the end of the regular season. According to his lawyer, Williams will then be reinstated to the Dolphins by the NFL. The league says no agreement has been finalized at this time, but they have been talking for some time. \"I am pleased with the National Football League\'s proposal,\" attorney David Cornwell said Tuesday, Nov. 23. \"I think Ricky will be pleased, too.\" Williams needs to approve the deal, which would remove him from the retired list to the suspended list for the final four games of the season. Following that, his contract with the Dolphins would be in force.

Why can\'t this loser just succumb to his social anxiety disorder and stay the hell away? I didn\'t like his whiny, overpaid @$$ when we had him. I don\'t care who he plays for, or what he smokes in his free time, I just want him off my TV on Sundays.

No way the owner of the Dolphins allows Ricky back in the locker room.. He wants to get someone he can depend on.

I know he is property of the Dolphins..He\'s been threatened with an 8 million dollar lawsuit...And likely wants to get some fast cash to level himself out

And he could easily do that...He\'s Ricky Williams ..Someone will pay him...However...The Dolphins are going to end up getting the shaft on this one way or the other.They will have to give up a great rb, and won\'t be getting much for him..due to his behavior..and uncertainty

The Dolphins don\'t want him there...He bailed on them

Miami wont take him the players dont want him and if a team doesnt like a player the team will get rid of him and they said hell probably go to oakland some time back on Nfl countown
