Re: Crowded WR Battle
Odds are if he drops passes he aint making it on the roster and will be lucky to finish camp. SP benched him and we saw next to nothing of him even with injuries and was active for just eight games.
then again January 22, 2014 2:00 pm Mickey Loomis sticks up for Nick Toon by Larry Hartstein | CBSSports.com Saints second-year receiver Nick Toon was usually inactive the second half of the season, but general manager Mickey Loomis said the organization is not down on him. "The only thing holding Nick back is the number of opportunities," Loomis said, per ESPN.com. "He'll get those going forward." Noon dropped a bomb in the Week 9 loss at the Jets and was rarely seen after that. He finished the season with four catches for 68 yards. Signed cheaply for the next two seasons, Toon could play more if the Saints part ways with veteran Lance Moore. Nick Toon, WR, New Orleans Saints, NFL - CBSSports.com then again Opppsss Inactive for BOTH playoff games. hell they did not buy him a ticket even. sitting home eating buttered pop corn? then there is drafted in 2012. So he may not be SP man. SP was sitting home watch the draft eating buttered pop corn. question is did he throw any at the TV when the pick was made or not? |
