Everyone leaving College and entering the workforce faces some adjustment and adversity.
It is not "if", but "how" adversity is handled that defines a person. WTF is Drew answering questions about a BU QB on another team for anyway? |

The title of this thread, as often seems to be the case, is misleading. He's just saying everybody struggles at times, which is obvious, but at the same time he is saying he thinks Manziel is a confident guy. He's actually being complimentary which kind of irks my nerves. Manziel is a pampered tool. Any person who see's his ego as being "confidence" and that it will translate into success should remember Ryan Leaf. He's got a lot to prove, far beyond just being an arrogant little brat. Micheal Vick was a better college player than Manziel, and he has been average at best.
