Saints' Stallworth tries to regain early form By SHELDON MICKLES METAIRIE -- On rare occasions in the past two years, the New Orleans Saints coaching staff has seen the speed and the moves --and basically, the flashes of brilliance -- that made wide receiver Donté Stallworth so attractive to them in the 2002 draft. They saw enough to make the former University of Tennessee star the 13th overall pick and then watched as he dazzled defenses by catching 42 passes for 594 yards and eight touchdowns as a rookie. |
